The food that we eat directly affects our bodies and has a dramatic affect on our physical, mental and spiritual well-being. This is best expressed in the simple statement that 'you are what you eat.’ It is important to always eat foods which are fresh and in season. Organically grown foods are also good because they contain more life force energy.
Our vegetarian cooking classes combine eastern and western cuisine. Try our easy and fast way of cooking good and testy meals.

Home cooking classes: Friday, 6-8 pm number of dishes 4-6, cost $50 per person. Minimum 2 persons.
Menu:
Indian - Rice cumin, peas and potato Curry, green beans with fennel and cumin, Dahl and chapatti, yogurt spicy, salad, pickle and sweet dish.
American - lentil soup with ginger, tofu/spinach, pasta/peas with cheese, salad, herbal tea/yogurt lassi and custard.
Thai - Hot & sour chili pepper soup, Pad Thai, peanut ginger pasta and vegetable salad or Thai pasta primavera, jasmine rice with peanut, herbal tea
