Yoga Therapy: For healing the heart

Yoga therapy is a six weeks interactive experience designed by Guru Ranjit to help you heal and move beyond that pain and reclaim your wholeness.
Integrating the ancient wisdom of meditation, breathing techniques and Karma (action) principles, Guru Ranjit and team, teaches you how to expand your capacity to love and be loved, to reach into the past and forgive and to step into the present whole and healed. You will identify and nourish the emotional needs of your heart and soul and finally make peace with yourself.

Experience the power of breathing and meditation techniques. The session includes a lecture on the scientific and philosophical basis of this extraordinary healing technique, including a guided session in the practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
Class comprises two sessions of natural healing and meditation designed to combat insomnia.
Session 1: A calming yogic breathing practice, which are a sequence of exercises that can be done lying in bed and a deep relaxation practice.
Session 2: Takes you through meditation and its natural healing effect on the mind and body to sleep soundly again.
