ICEBREAKER (15 – 20 MINUTES)

This short laughter program is an ideal start to conferences and seminars. 

Use it:
To kick start a good mood and change the state of mind before conferences and seminars.
To energize the participants right from the start.
To help increase the attention span during long training sessions and improve efficiency and performance.

Target Audience: Ideally suited for programs, particularly long ones, attended by senior and middle management.  Group size: 20 – 125 or more.

STRESS BUSTER SEMINAR (1 HOUR)

Objective: Focuses on different stressors in the workplace and how laughter yoga helps to alleviate them.

Use it:

To reduce physical, mental and emotional stress.
To release the negative affects of stress in the body and mind, and improve personal and group responses.
To provide ‘laughter boosting’ techniques to prepare you handle stressful situations at work.

Target audience: Highly stressed CEOs, senior managers and executives.

TEAM-BUILDING SEMINAR (2 HOURS)

Objective: People who laugh together work together better.  This session:

* Focuses on developing emotional intelligence through group laughter.
* Improves group dynamics and performance.
* Converts disparate groups from different cultures and backgrounds into a caring, cooperative team.

Target audience: Executives, managers and supervisors dealing with groups.

PEAK PERFORMANCE SEMINAR (3 HOURS)

Meditation: A Spritual Practice

Meditation secret of mind as introduced by Guru Ranjit is a mantra-based practice that systematically allows the experience of quieter, more peaceful levels of the mind.

A mantra is a specific sound, which when used silently, serves as a vehicle to connect with deeper aspects of consciousness.

Each week, Guru Ranjit will help you explore the layers of your inner self, teaching you to go beyond the conditioned limits that restrict your life.

Yoga Therapy: For healing the heart
